Player & Team Development
Founded in 2011, Primer Toque CF has over 500 youth players competing annually in Valencia's regional leagues. Our teams regularly face professional academies, including Villarreal CF and Valencia CF.
Most international programs keep visiting players apart from the club’s real teams. At Primer Toque, international teams and players train directly alongside our Spanish players. Through structured assessments and competitive training, we evaluate performance, identify development priorities and show each player the truth about their level.
FEEL THE DIFFERENCE

UNDERSTAND WHAT'S NEXT
Leave with a written performance assessment, coaching feedback and specific priorities for development.
The players who come here are already very good players. We’re not here to tell them they’re not good enough. We want to show them something different.
When they train alongside our players, they start to see how fast the game moves, how quickly they need to think and where they need to improve.
For me, that’s the value. They go home with clarity about their game and a different perspective on what it takes to compete at the professional youth level.

“The goal of our program is to help international players experience what a professional fútbol environment is really like. The speed, the intensity, the quick decisions they have to make. You can explain what that level demands, but experiencing it firsthand reveals the truth about players' abilities and what they need to develop.”
